Built India’s First & Asia’s Largest angel investor network ‐ IAN with more than 350 investors across 10 countries, comprising the successful Indian entrepreneurs & dynamic CEO’s having portfolio of more than 100 companies and based in 7 countries across 15 sectors. She built angel investor group frameworks & operations across 6 cities in India and in London (launched by Prime Minister Cameron). With a funnel of over 4000 deals a year, and investment opportunities tabled every 10 days, IAN Investors are now reaping returns ‐ 6x over 15 months, 18x over 30 months and 22x over 5 years with leading VCs investing in IAN portfolio.

She also established a unique model of an incubator, in partnership with Indian Govt with 50 incubatee companies which have raised >US$2 Million in funding within 6 months of incubation. She Is a member of the Governing Council of EM3 Services, a nation building venture trying to bring a paradigm shift in the Indian agricultural sector. She has been in the Indian entrepreneurial eco system for the last 15 years ‐ operationalised TiE Delhi, number 1 chapter amongst 60 TiE chapters, Executive Director of Indian Venture Capital Association, helped set up Lankan Angel Network, contributed actively for the Planning Commission’s report : “Creating a Vibrant Entrepreneurial Eco system in India”. She is actively engaged with the various committees of Ministry of Finance, SEBI, and was involved in the “India Inclusive Innovation Fund”, a US$1 Billion fund which focuses on the base of the Economic Pyramid to bring public, private & development fund investors, driven by professional management, promising financial & impact returns. At Xansa India, $800mn company listed on LSE (before being acquired by Steria) she managed recruitment, branding & communication strategy & led CSR initiative. She Was a key member of the corporate strategy & M&A team, when it went public, forged JV’s and finally acquisition.
