Karen Moawad is the CEO and Founder of the Hummingbird Associates, an international management consulting firm dedicated towards developing the human and business side of orthodontic practices. They help clients strengthen the ties between sound business practices, information technology, and clinical orthodontics. They also design and implement strategic systems to propel a practice to reach financial goals and improve profitability by diligently working same practices and managing change, developing marketing plans, decreaseing stress, and creating professional development programs enhance staff longevity.
